Free Games Update May 2025 | PlayStation Plus Monthly Games Offers Balatro

April is wrapping up, so the upcoming month's lineup of free digital software for PlayStation Plus subscribers has been revealed. All games will be available across both the PlayStation 5 and PS4 platforms, and through Essential, Extra, and Premium subscription tiers.

Exclusively for the PS5, from developers Studio Wildcard, the survival action game with dinos, Ark: Survival Ascended. For both the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, in the long line of games in the Warhammer universe, it's the first person shooter Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun. And lastly, 2024's Developer's Choice winner at The Game Awards, the rogue-like deck builder, Balatro.

Games will be available starting May 6th.

Balatro (PS5|PS4)

In this poker-inspired roguelike deck builder, it’s all creating powerful synergies and winning big. Play illegal poker hands, discover game-changing jokers and trigger outrageous combos in this roguelike strategy experience.
