Updates coming to the Nintendo Switch Online SNES service. Three titles form action platforming, puzzles, and tournament fighters, these games are available now! From SNK, the enhanced port of Fatal Fury 2 featuring new characters, attacks, and options, it's Fatal Fury Special. Developed and published by Accolade comes Bubsy in Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind. And a Super Famicom exclusive makes its way to western players, the point and click puzzle game Mario & Wario.
Access to these games requires a subscription to Nintendo Switch Online.
Fatal Fury Special - Released in 1994. It brings together 15 of the best fighters from the Fatal Fury series. A heated battle begins in the greatest martial arts tournament in history. If certain conditions are met, Ryo Sakazaki from "Art of Fighting" will appear. Who will claim the honor of being the world's strongest? In the original "LICENSE PLAY" mode for the Super Nintendo, you compete for points by defeating opponents who appear one after another within a set time frame. Players have no lives and cannot be defeated mid-game, but taking an attack from the opponent will reduce your score, so try to defeat your opponents as quickly as possible without taking damage.
Bubsy In Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind - The game begins the great adventure of the playful mountain cat "Bubsy" as he tries to recover the yarn that was stolen by the yarn-loving aliens "Woolies." There are a total of 16 stages, each measuring approximately 300 screens, filled with quirky enemy characters and thrilling gimmicks. Players must run freely across these vast stages, collecting balls of yarn scattered throughout the land as they aim to reach the goal.
Mario & Wario - This title is an action puzzle game for the Super Nintendo released in 1993. Control Wanda, the forest fairy, and guide Mario, who has been covered in a bucket by Wario, to Luigi. Use your magic wand to create blocks to support Mario, who keeps walking blindly, change Mario's direction, and defeat enemies. Use simple controls—move the mouse to move and press the left button to perform actions—to conquer all 100 levels packed with unique gimmicks.
