The Week Of The Legend Of Zelda's 40th Anniversary Comes With TWO Nintendo Directs For September 8th And September 9th

The Legend of Zelda's 40th Anniversary is September 8th, and to commemorate the occasion, Nintendo has two live events scheduled. These could be fairly notable events for the Switch 2, which has seen a large gap of exclusive software from the notable franchises a year since its launch.
Nintendo has confirmed on September 8th at 10amET (7amPC) will be the Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct. It will be approximately 30 minutes long. On September 9th, this Direct will be a 45 minute Treehouse Live to showcase more robust gameplay of select title(s). The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct will likely be pre-recorded. The events can be viewed live from the window below.
Expected to launch later this year, one can highly speculate that the remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time will be a big part of this presentation. Along with greater highlights, there may be an official release date reveal. Details have been held pretty close to Nintendo's chest about what else will comprise this half-hour Direct. Will the Ocarina of Time Remake be the ONLY Legend of Zelda game showcased or teased? Following 2023's Tears of the Kingdom, series director Eiji Aonuma stated that they will move in a different direction from the concluded BotW/TotK line of games.
